Combatives and Sparring Training, based on 20+ years of training in multiple martial arts Master Hamilton offers his skills and experience directly to students in this fight class. The program is also supported by Hyper Fight Club programming and Rogue Krav Maga training, making this a unique and robust training program.
This class is focused primarily on fight skill development and sparring skills practice. Static drill practice is not enough, we need to apply our skills in live training.

Kickboxing is the ultimate fat burning program; it is one of the most ancient martial arts that can also save your life in real-world situations. We train together learning boxing moves and proper kicking techniques, all in a clean, safe environment.

Our Teen & Adults Martial Arts program is for ages 15 & up.
