Fitness Through Martial Arts!

Getting fit through Martial Arts just got more fun! We have issued our WTTU Fit Challenge and all our students have completed their initial fitness tests. Adults have additional options to weigh in and earn bonus points for losing weight.

Kids are encouraged to do our daily fitness and health checklists. Adults are encouraged to raise up their martial arts participation and monitor their diet closer. We will be providing additional health and fitness information for students to help build diet and fitness awareness and skills.

Students have 6 weeks to improve their fitness level before being tested again. Students with the greatest improvement will be inline to win prizes and rewards for top fitness performances.
